Weekend Introductory Workshop

Our two-hour introductory workshop is offered regularly throughout the year on Saturdays from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m.

This one-off session is designed to give you an introduction to the principles of the Alexander Technique. The teacher leading the workshop will guide you with verbal instruction and practical procedures through the theory and the practice of the Alexander Technique. If you have heard about the Alexander Technique and are curious to know what it is all about, this is an ideal session for you.

The workshop is limited to four participants. The small group size means that each participant benefits from some personal attention and hands-on work from the teacher.

COST: £50 per person. £5 off  if you bring a friend (you may bring up to two friends).
