Mouritz

Mouritz is a dedicated publishing house that has specialised in all publications on the Alexander Technique and related matter.

We highly recommend you to visit their page where you will find a comprehensive list of all books written by FM Alexander himself and by generations of teachers and followers of the Alexander Technique. Mauritz publications are also available in Amazon.

F. Matthias Alexander wrote four books and a number of short articles, notes and pamphlets. His writing is not always easy for the modern reader, particularly if he or she has not had much experience with the Alexander Technique. At some point, however, the serious student will probably want to become familiar with Alexander’s own words.
